Paul Montano is the founder of Crossroads Care Center and serves as the Senior Pastor of Crossroads Church. With over 30 years of pastoral experience, Paul has dedicated his life to serving and uplifting his community. In addition to his pastoral work, Paul served as an ILWU Clerk for 25 years and is a U.S. Army veteran, bringing a wealth of diverse experience and leadership to his mission. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, he combines his technical knowledge with his passion for community service. Paul’s vision and leadership have been pivotal in the establishment and growth of Crossroads Care Center, where he continues to lead with compassion and a commitment to helping those in need.
